Our eight real estate offices in Mallorca are run by independent franchise partners and also as our own branches. For one of these branches we are looking for a sales manager (m/f) with entrepreneurial qualities. The target is to continue to run the sales region as an independent franchise partner in the medium term, after an initial familiarization phase.

On site you can expect a solid start-up portfolio of attractive real estate, serious customer requests and an experienced sales team.

Your tasks:

As a sales manager and later franchise partner, you will lead your team to top performance, leading the way and setting the best example. First and foremost you will organize your sales team, optimize the portfolio of your region and ensure the best quality customer service. In addition you love direct contact with customers and know how important networking is in this industry.

Together with our marketing department you will plan regional events and direct marketing campaigns to make the Porta Mallorquina brand even more popular on site.
